Form to register hedgehogs with no eligible lineage.  For example, hedgehogs that were:

                * Purchased from an individual or breeder who is not a member of the NAHR
                * Purchased from a pet shop, auction, flea market, public sale or other retail source
                * Purchased from a member who has declined to offer Pedigree Privileges.

Upon submission of the form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page that offers payment options.  No registration will be processed until payment has been received.  You will have the option to submit a photo of the hedgehog; which we strongly recommend for inclusion on the Certificate of Ownership.  Certificate is mailed to the address provided on the form.
