Online Registration Form - Online Registrations are $5.00 ($1.00 for members)
This form is to register hedgehogs with no eligible lineage.  For example, hedgehogs that were:
                * Purchased from an individual or breeder who is not a member of the NAHR
                * Purchased from a pet shop, auction, flea market, public sale or other retail source
                * Purchased from a member who has declined to offer Pedigree Privileges.
This form can be completed and submitted online.  Upon submission of the form, you will be redirected to a confirmation page that offers payment options.  No registration will be processed until payment and photo have been received.  Certificates of Ownership are mailed to the address provided on the form.

Registration With Lineage Application - See chart below for pricing.
This form is to register a hedgehog purchased from an NAHR member who has authorized Pedigree Privileges.  Data can be typed into the fields of the form and the form can then be printed and signed by the member/seller.  The buyer can then complete their portion and the form can be mailed to the NAHR along with payment.  Forms are processed as soon as they are received provided that payment is enclosed.  The processing time is dependent on the length of time it takes to verify the lineage.  Certificates are mailed to the buyer at the address provided on the form as soon as processing is complete.
NOTE FOR THE MEMBER/SELLER:  It is the responsibility of the member to complete the Seller's Information, Hedgehog's Information and print the form for the buyer as it will require the member's signature.  The member may fill out the Buyer's Information before printing if they choose to do so.
NOTE FOR THE BUYER:  You must submit a photo of the hedgehog when you send the form.  Contact us if you are unable to submit a photo at the time that you submit the form or if you would like to email the photo.

Transfer of Ownership Form - See chart below for pricing.
This is a form to change the recorded ownership information of a hedgehog that is already registered with the NAHR.  Data can be typed into the fields of the form and the form can then be printed and signed by the member/original owner.  The buyer can then complete their portion and the form can be mailed to the NAHR along with the payment.  Forms are processed as soon as they are received provided that payment is enclosed.  The Certificate of Ownership (and Pedigree Certificate when authorized and requested) is then mailed to the buyer at the address provided on the form.

Stud Service Memorandum - No charge to file this form
The submission of this form is required when a member provides a sire for stud service to a female belonging to another member; and the breeding results in live offspring.  The resulting offspring can only be registered if both parties are in full agreement, both parties sign the form, and the form is submitted to the NAHR.
NOTE:  ALL litters, even those resulting from studding, will be registered to the member who owns the dam at the time babies are born.  If a pregnant dam is sold, the resulting babies will not, under any circumstances, be registered with lineage.  The new owner(s) may have each baby registered using the Online Registration Form.
